First question! NPC and Monster control. Say I wanted to kick off a plot centered around my own character, the quest involved short-term NPC's, maybe one or two long-terms, and a great helping of expendable monsters. Would I require a staff member to play these many characters/creatures or would I have the freedom to control them myself? None of these creatures would exceed the strength or limitations placed upon any standard player character. This is important to me, as when a plot is centered around my character, I get pretty 'OCD' about the details.
Second Question! Character progression- Time and Strength: My character-in-the-making is intended to be quite young, and as such, fairly weak in some areas. As this character spends time IC is it feasible for me to slowly progress the character's strengths as they grow or would I require a staff member to do this? This is not a big issue for me, but does change how I set up his abilities, as I don't want to constantly pester an admin everytime I want to update something.
Third Question! Resurrection- What is the site's stance on character death, resurrection, and the many other pseudo-resurrections out there(like removing someone's soul from an old body and placing it into a Homunculus). Does one's soul eventually get so tired that eventually one is constantly pining for the fjords? Resurrection, good/bad? I'm not decisive either way, but it would effect my character's profile and I'd like to know.

For your first question, the answer is no – you do not need a staff member to play out these NPC’s. You have freedom to have your NPC’s interact and be whatever you want; but take heed to have some common sense. Nothing god-like or anything – limit them. So yeah, feel free to create as many NPC’s as needed for your plots.
Secondly, the answer is yes. We actually kind of like it when members do that. Your characters will meet new people, probably new some new moves and age – it would be nice for people to modify their profiles accordingly. Not all members do this, however. Nonetheless; you can, if you want to.
Personally, I think it’s up to the member with this one. If you want the soul to ‘get tired’ or what not, then let it. Otherwise, let it ‘live on’. I guess this is a lenient subject – or I’m too tired to think? Either or. Lol.
I hoped I answered your questions. =)

Thank you, Demon Child. Answered them perfectly.
Should see my first char up in a few days, assuming I'm not blind-sided by impending holidays. @_@
