For our species, if some one had made one up and allowed others to create their or own this species, could it be used on here?
I worded that poorly.
If some one creates a species, and allows others to make characters of said species, would be able to use said species on here?

Do you mean like if someone made a species on another site that you didn’t make – and are asking if it’s alright if you can use it here? I’d say get permission first; and if it’s a yes, then you could… If that’s what you’re asking. ;x It’s late and thus I’m easily confused.
