Plot (if any) or summary, a welcoming: On the surface, Lacara Region may look, at first, like a very serene few islands... But that couldn't be farther from the truth. Here at Lacara, there is racial tension. For years, and as far back as anyone can remember, humans and morphs have had a great amount of tension between them. All humans are raised being taught how morphs are abominations, how they're stupid, and how humans are so much better.
Morphs have been taught, for years, don't let them get to you, it will all be alright, see, seek comfort within your family and friends, just listen to the humans and you won't get in trouble. Everything will be okay if you just submit.
While hate crimes and discrimination based on species (or, race) might be listed as illegal, that law is certainly ignored. And you can bet that it is very, very loosely enforced, if at all. Lacara Government is entirely human and they don't care about the morphs because they aren't them.
Now a days, it's getting worse - Humans are increasingly violent, and there have even been cases where Morphs have been enslaved. The human who did the enslaving was punished, but it was hardly a suitable punishment... Twenty hours of community service. For slavery.
The situation became clear.
A group of morphs, who call themselves the 'Victims of Inequity', have risen. They are a group of anonymous morphs who fight against the human oppression and strive for a better tomorrow. Only members know who their leader is, but there are rumors that they make their HQ somewhere in the mountains of Unobus Island...
But... To combat this, a human group has also come into existence. The Abolition, dedicated to bringing morphs down and keeping them there. They operate somewhere on Dosa Island and only members know the details, but everyone knows that they want morphs dead.
