--Here are Rules and regulations you must
abide by while here on Zireling.--

When you join, you need to be aware that you MUST PM The Characters Acceptance Account when you create a Character or a thread. This is so that he can accept your character.

-{ In Joining }-

I. Don't use mass amounts of unneeded numbers or underscores in your name. Try to keep it short or well seperated so that your name doesn't stretch the site.

II. Don't steal anything from this site. If anyone is caught using these ideas, plots, characters, etc. without permission, they will be banned until the problem is resolved. >:K

III. Please post a separate thread for each character. Now if it is like a pet, like Torch and Naomi (where Torch is a pet and is not counted as a main character) or Shinta and Shikaru (where Shikaru is a pet and is not counted as a main character), then it is alright to put both in the same thread.

IV. No canon characters! You can use pictures of TV, movie, book characters or celebrities, but please don’t make a carbon copy of them. Be original please.

V. Before you begin roleplaying, your character must be accepted by Demon Child or one of the other admins or the co-admin. If they give you the okay, you may roleplay. How will you know your character has been accepted? First off, Demon Child will reply to the PM you sent him after you finished your character. Second your character will be moved to the First Characters board if it is your first character. If it is not your first character, then your first and new characters will be moved to your own sub-board. ^^

VI. Character limits. There are no limits; make as many as you can control. If by any means you cannot control as many characters as you have created, do not be LAZY and never post. There are ways other ways. Just post for one character one day, and another the next. Another way to deal with this is to take a character out of the thread and put it up for adoption. …Or just kill them off.

VII. Users may have only ONE account. Not that hard, and multiple accounts seems illogical seeing as you have absolutely NO character limits what-so-ever.

VIII. To avoid confusion, please refrain from taking a name already being used; even if the character is dead. If someone has your characters name, whoever posted their character last has to change it. If they refuse, a staff member might change it or get both people to talk to each other. If you are about to join, notice that you might need to be a little creative with names. ^^

IX. You must post your character in one of the forms given.

II. Advertisements on the CBox will not be tolerated. If someone wants to check out a site, put it in your name and say "Click my name for it". Links to images, games, ZK links, etc. are fine.

III. Don't impersonate anyone. We have your IP addresses on the CBox and can ban you. First offense, we will let it slide, but if you continue then we will ban you form the CBox for a while.

IV. Please don't flood the cbox, some of us don't swim so well. =/ Flooding is posting four or more times in a row. …And please don’t over-punctuate, such as eighteen explanation points instead of one.

V. Be respectful, courteous, and kind to other people on the CBox. They aren't NPC's form some Video Game now, they are real people.

VI. To have an avatar beside your name in the Cbox, find an appropriate image, upload it to www.tinypic.com, take the http:// off of the shortened URL, and paste into the area where you would usually put your email/website.

I. Respect the staff. If someone gets into a fight, please either:
A) Take it to PM; we really don't need complaints on the CBox.
B) Contact an admin (or another admin if it is one you are fighting with)
C) Ignore the person or drop the subject.

II. We do not want to see any links to porn sites or graphic pictures on Zireling.

III. Signatures must be an appropriate size. Please nothing wider than 550px.

IV. If you've made up a new race or species, you can PM Demon Child with it and he'll add it to our dictionary. ^^

VI. Don't spam other member's PMs. This will result in members leaving and reps fallen. Please don't constantly remind your contact to answer or look at his/hers PMs. Also, don't send multiple PMs about the same thing.

-{ In Character }-

I. No God Modling; that means your character can't be indestructable, all powerful, god-like, etc. The only exceptions will be for plot reasons.

II. No Power Playing; meaning that your character auto-hits another member's character without question or forces another character to do something. Example: Kaze drug Irquithica outside, threw her on the ground, and shot her dead.

IV. We try to not be pushy so at least FIVE sentences MINIMUM –one good sized paragraph (you will be warned if you do not meet this). The reason five sentence minimum is so that other members may enjoy roleplaying and have more persuasion to interact with your character. =D

V. Just like in real life, you cannot be at two places at the same time; not even with magic. So you may not use the same character in The Barracks and in The Jungle at the same time. Zireling Kingdom now permits Semi-Liquid time meaning that your character can be in three threads at one time; they can be in less than three but no more than three. This change made 12/23/09.

VI. Please use the Spell Check provided by Proboards! It is located at the bottom of the posting page; Modify Post, Preview, SPELL CHECK, and reset. It doesn't work all the time, but please try at least. (=

VII. No despies! Despies are RP characters that look for any possible chance to have romance and/or grab all of the attention. Also, please no Mary-Sues or Gary-Sues.

VIII. Magic is allowed in Zireling, but please have sense about it. If your character is young then please don't give them insanely difficult spells. As your character ages, he/she should get wiser, thus learning more complicated spells. (=

IX. Fights may be as graphic as you would like. Be creative and have fun, but if someone asks for you to dim down, please listen and comply with their request. Ask before critically injuring another RP character to the point of death or before killing them. If your character does die, please notify a staff member so that they can move your character's profile to the Graveyard.

X. Mating is allowed in Zireling Kingdom, but it can't be roleplayed out. Simply fade to black or state that "they made love". ;3 Any race may have any relationship with another race.

XI. Cursing, bad language, insults, can be used in character and out of character; just not directly at other members. Just don't over do it, please.

XII. Members that create a thread must have either a [O] for Open; meaning that it is open for other members to join, or a

meaning that is it private and is not allowing any other people in for reasons such as too far in, a continuation, etc. If the thread is not marked then it is automatically assumed to be open, so do not complain if a member joins your unmarked thread that you wanted to be private.

XIII. It is suggested that you bookmark your threads so that you don't forget which threads you have joined. ^^

XIV. Another suggestion is to add any friends or enemies your character makes to his/her profile as well as the thread they are currently in.

-{ Punishments }-

Rules are made and yet broken in some cases. If any of the rules are broken or if we state to stop and you refuse, we will give out one warning; just one and nothing more. Anymore further disobedience will result in further punishment:

You get warning.
One strike- one week ban.
Two strikes- one month ban.
Three strikes- consider yourself out of here!
Like a ball game.

Please note that these rules are in addition to the Proboards ToS. You must abide by the PB ToS as well. ^^

The rules can change over time. Make sure to check the updates because usually one of the Staff will say something like "Oh Oh OOHH! I modified the Rules, homey! :3" So we will let you know. ^^
