These are the general rules that I've seen for this type of thing.

-Everyone is allowed two characters.
-The board is open to guests.
-The members, WITHOUT SECRETLY TELLING THEIR FRIENDS WHO THEY ARE, make their posts as guests without altering the font size, color or dimensions(centering, etc). You must also not say your characters name. Also refrain from adding too many details [ she had long brown hair, blue eyes and a scar under her chin, she was 6 foot, elf, etc. people will distinguish who you are if you add too many details ]
-try to keep the genders even?
-Everyone wears a mask.

What is the advantage of having subboards for each member? Not complaining, I've just never seen it done with a site with this many members and I still don't understand

This does sound interesting, but I’ll let Ebb make the decision on this when she returns form her vacation. ^^;

Oh, sub-boards? They provide more organization. I was in this huge site and finding ONE character was a pain in the rear! I know it was by a member named Destiny, and I knew the name, I just couldn’t find the blasted thing so I could read it and such. Took me forever… So I thought of the sub-board idea so that it would be easier to find the character. =) Works fine.
