Plot (if any) or summary, a welcoming:
The time of Shifter's has been pushed back. The Guardian Dogs are growing stronger, protecting there human counterparts. But two new dark leader's are set on the old ways, ready to lead there Horde on into death if it is so set. Cell and Tempest, the Lunar Delta leaders are corrupt, strong, bold, and beyond all else, they are feirce. Viviane, the Neutral's own Leader is torn between what side she will take. If she remains a free force, or follow's her love, who belongs to the Dark's. The Light's Queen Cadence will not move from her beliefs that peace is the greatest thing. Humans are growing in fear, but they too are growing into a more ruled base. Its unknown what will happen in times of war.

How many members roughly, and how active is it: About 30 members; the activity has had a slight decline but many members are off on vacation, so it is kind of hard to predict.
