Plot (if any) or summary, a welcoming: Nearnanni is a monarchy with leanings toward a democracy. Nearnanni is ruled by a king or a queen. If their is just a prince/princess, they're the heir, however, if the king and queen give birth to more than one child, the country votes on who the heir will be. Also, when the heir marries, the country votes on whether the king will rule or whether it will be the queen who rules.
This is a system that was set in place five hundred years ago and it has worked very well for them, so well in fact, that the bordering country, Sayenne is trying it out, however, it's not working so well for them.

How many members roughly, and how active is it:2, currently pretty inactive, but we haven't gotten started yet, we're waiting till more people join.
