A long time ago, there were very few places for students to learn and obtain their full magic abilities. Four young magical folk decided that it was time they put their mark on the map. They decided to found a school on their own. Though they hardly had the money or the connections to run a school, they knew that with the hard work they would put into it if they didn't give up it would make it.
It's been five years since that school opened with the name of Hogwarts. Though there's still so much to do around the place, their dreams are finally being realized. Of course, what dreams those were exactly have become blurred since they started their journey. Godric wanted to lead the brave and let all join the school, Salazar wanted only those of pure blood and cunning to be within it's walls, Rowena didn't care either way as long as the students were bright, and the always loyal Helga knew she would stand in her spot to support her friends no matter what.
As the tension builds between the founders, the school continues to grow. Godric has learned how to place all of their thoughts and wishes into a hat, which is named the sorting hat. This lovely hat now is how the students get placed into their houses, one named for each of the founders. So every tale had to start out with a dream some where in the hearts of people. But have those dreams been forgotten now?
